The main direction of our company is to build comfortable multi-functional administrative buildings with modern architecture and design and lease them to the other companies.
As concerns to the main purpose of the company, our goal is to create a comfortable working environment for Georgian businessmen and foreign investors and promote their business.

About the future plans, we want to place trading pavilions and small fitness centers at the right side of The river Mtkvari, as well as to solve an acute problem of parking by means of multi-storeyed, underground-parking buildings.
